We would like to thank you for organising this trip. As far as the hotels are concerned, most of the accommodation was very satisfactory, except in VANGVIENG where the Vansana hotel should be avoided. The Pon Arena hotel is hardly to be recommended. As far as the guides were concerned, we were completely satisfied: all 3 were available, professional and considerate.
Everything went really well - well done for the organisation! All the guides and drivers were thoughtful, available, attentive and competent. The meals and places chosen by the agency were varied and very pleasant. The quality varied from hotel to hotel. We are delighted with our stay and will not hesitate to recommend your agency.
